stove installation

We provide and install the full stove installation including the hearth, surrounds, stove and chimney lining with stainless steel flue liners. All of our installations are completed by a HETAS registered installer, with a certificate on completion.

twin-wall

If you do not have a chimney in situ: no problem, we can install a twin-wall flue instead. Twin-wall flue is suitable for internal and external installation so you can either have it run up through your house, up the outside of a side wall, or even freestanding to a height of 3m above a roof. The regulations can be strict, but get in touch and we’ll be happy to discuss the options.

flexible-flue liners

If you have an old chimney it’s best practice to line it. The liner creates a direct and even channel between the wood burner and the top of the chimney, which means soot and tar have less uneven surfaces to stick to. Any soot deposits that are created are much more likely to fall back into the burner. In an unlined chimney this soot often causes a blockage at the flue pipe. Lining the chimney also ensures there's no leakage from the chimney during the life of the wood burner, which could otherwise be a risk in an old house.

stove maintenace

A well-tended stove shouldn’t need much maintenance. It is recommended you have the chimney swept at least once a year, and if you use your stove regularly it should be swept every six months. See our Chimney Sweep and Maintenance Services.
