A decorative hearth sets off the look of your stove whilst providing a solid footing.  At Barefoot Stoves, we have experience in setting a wide variety of hearths. We can provide hand-crafted stone hearths, usually supplied in 2 pieces: fore hearth and back hearth. 

Our regular suppliers are Stoneworx and Southern Counties, both companies are open to the public and it’s well worth visiting to see the stones in the flesh.  Granite and slate hearths are a very popular choice when choosing the hearth material with a honed, polished or riven finish. Both granite and slate hearths compliment traditional and contemporary fireplace surrounds whilst offering a robust and affordable base for your stove to sit on.

Alternatively, other hearth options can include: glass, tiles, flagstone and bricks. We will be happy to chat through and give advice on any of the hearth options.
